MEET YOUR COACH
Yo! I’m Kyle. I’ve been coaching in the Boston area for over a decade, helping busy adults, entrepreneurs, athletes, and golfers get stronger, move better, and train without pain using a strength-first approach rooted in corrective exercise.
I grew up in Rutland, MA and graduated from the University of Maine with a B.S. in Kinesiology (Exercise Science) and a minor in Business Administration. Since then, I’ve worked with just about every type of client you can imagine — from adults just starting their fitness journey to high-performing youth and collegiate athletes.
These days, my focus is simple:
Build strong, resilient humans who can train hard, feel good, and keep doing the things they love for a long time.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me golfing, working on a home project, hiking with my wife and dogs, Brady and Lincoln, or watching New England sports (usually with strong opinions).
My Approach
The fitness industry loves to overcomplicate things.
Bands on bands. One-legged circus tricks. Instagram trends that look cool but don’t move the needle.
That’s not what we do.
The strongest, leanest, healthiest people I’ve worked with didn’t get there because of fancy exercises. They mastered the fundamentals.
But before we pile weight on the bar, we make sure your body can actually move well.
Most people aren’t weak because they need more complicated workouts — they’re weak because something in their movement pattern isn’t working properly. Tight hips. Limited ankle mobility. Shoulders that don’t move the way they should.
That’s where my background in corrective exercise comes in. We identify what’s holding you back, clean up the movement, and then build strength on top of it. We focus on…
Smart strength training
Quality movement
Progressive overload
Consistency
Recovery that actually supports performance
A good coach doesn’t make things complicated.
A good coach makes the basics effective, progressive, and sustainable.
WHY MOST TRAINING PROGRAMS FAIL
Most fitness programs start with intensity.
Bootcamps. Group classes. Random workouts pulled from Instagram or ChatGPT.
They push people harder before their bodies are ready. Most of them miss the big picture.
On the other end of the spectrum, physical therapy is incredibly effective at helping people get out of pain and restore basic movement. But once that phase ends, many people aren’t left with a clear plan for how to return to real strength training safely.
That leaves a huge gap for people who:
Haven’t trained in years
Deal with nagging aches and pains
Finished PT but don’t know what to do next
Want to get stronger without making things worse
My coaching sits right in the middle.
We start by improving how your body moves — using principles from corrective exercise and strength training.
Then we build strength, resilience, and performance on top of that foundation.
As your goals change, our programming will too.
My job is to meet you where you are, whether that’s:
Training before your kids wake up
Building out and using your home gym efficiently
Getting back to pain-free training
Feeling confident in your body again
Training to support a healthy lifestyle, whether that’s on the court, golf course, on the trails, or in the mountains
